RABBIT RABBIT (Chicago)
Veterans of Chicago and Toronto Sketchfest, Rabbit Rabbit are bringing their “Highly energetic and darkly subversive” comedy to Austin for the first time. Recommended by the Chicago Reader, and called “the best thing we’ve seen all weekend” by two guys from Canada last year, Rabbit Rabbit takes pride in twisting traditional comedy frameworks into new and surprising shapes. “Don’t be thrown by the…loose-limbed antics,” says Timeout Chicago, “Their best feats aren’t the physical ones but rather the mental gymnastics they perform, which result in scenes that are cerebral, unexpected and a joy to watch.”
Cast: Andrew Bentley and Chris Blake
8:30pm at the SpiderHouse Ballroom
YOUR TERRIFIC NEIGHBORS (Austin)
Bulwarks of Austin’s sketch comedy scene, Your Terrific Neighbors have been doin’ it for years. (“It” = weirdo sketch comedy, with the funny characters and the silly props and the you-know-what.) They’ve weathered the storms. They’ve seen ’em come and go. And now, they want to get to know you. Yes, you. Find out what makes you laugh and what makes you cry. Burrow their friendly way right into your cold, damaged heart and make you love again. If this sounds too intense, though, they will just do a show for you.
Cast: Curtis Luciani, Courtney Hopkin, Braden Walker

Beige is exactly like its namesake. Except that, instead of a color, they’re a house sketch team at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York and, instead of being boring, they’re incredibly fun. In every other way, though, they’re exactly the same.
Cast: Avery Monsen, Dan Hodapp, Kelly Hudson, Langan Kingsley, Lisa Kleinman
